1. Buyer send LOI and Trading Company (Seller) sends FCO

2. Buyer sends ICPO & CPA (Refinery will accept CPA only from the List given below)

3. If the CPA is accepted by Refinery, Seller issues CI to Buyer

4. Buyer returns the sign CI to Seller within 48H

5. Seller issues fresh SGS Test Report of less than 48H to Buyers Shipping Company to verify.

6. Upon successful verification of the SGS Test Report, Buyer issues fresh Q88 to Seller.

7. Seller upon receipt of Buyer’s fresh Q88, releases the following POP’s:

(a) Seller’s Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with full info including Terminal, Barcode & GPS

(b) Injection Report

(c ) Unconditional DTA on Buyers Name

(d) ATV

(e ) ATSC

 f) Commitment to Supply

(g) Product Passport & Analytical Report

(h) Certificate of Origin

(i) Attestation of Allocation

8. Buyer verifies and confirms POP as above & orders SGS to conduct Dip Test of the product in the Seller Tank/s.

9. Upon satisfactory result of the Dip Test, Seller’s storage company issue to Buyer, the Notice of Readiness (NOR)to inject the product in to Buyer’s Vessel.

10. Buyer makes available the Vessel for the injection process to commence as schedule. Seller signs NCNDA/IMFPA.

11. After Successful injection, Buyer pays total cost of the product Via MT103 T/T within 24H.

12. Seller transfers to the Buyer TITLE OF OWNERSHIP CERTIFICATE and all other export documents.

13.Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly contract shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the Sales and Purchase Agreement Contract between Buyer and Seller.
